污泥干化系統
經我公司研(yan)發(fa),運用“污(wu)泥(ni)無熱干化高(gao)壓(ya)破壁脫水裝備+空氣能節能型(xing)低(di)溫烘(hong)干(gan)裝備”,經壓濾破壁脫水(shui)(shui)低(di)溫烘(hong)干(gan)使(shi)污泥成型(xing)顆粒含(han)水(shui)(shui)率小于20%;污泥含水率(lv)小于(yu)20%以(yi)下(xia)低位熱值達(da)到2200-3500Kcal/kg以上(由污泥(ni)有機(ji)質高低決定(ding)),因此含水(shui)率小于20%以內的污泥顆粒可以進入生物(wu)質鍋爐燃燒,也可以摻混小于20%以內污泥(ni)顆粒進(jin)入(ru)循環流化床鍋爐(lu)燃燒。

Sludge drying system
Developed by our company, the use of "non-thermal drying of sludge high pressure wall breaking dewatering equipment + air energy saving low temperature drying equipment", the water content of sludge formed particles is less than 20% by pressing and filtering wall breaking dehydration low temperature drying equipment; The low calorific value of the sludge with water content less than 20% is more than 2200-3500Kcal/kg (determined by the level of sludge organic matter), so the sludge particles with water content less than 20% can enter the biomass boiler for combustion, and the sludge particles with water content less than 20% can also be mixed into the circulating fluidized bed boiler for combustion.
