在機械加工、金屬冷軋壓延行業中(zhong)使用(yong)(yong)大(da)量的(de)切(qie)削(xue)(xue)液(ye)作(zuo)為潤滑冷卻(que)之(zhi)用(yong)(yong),切(qie)削(xue)(xue)液(ye)長時間(jian)使用(yong)(yong)后會因為高溫和(he)(he)微生物的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)而變(bian)質失效,從而產生高濃度切(qie)削(xue)(xue)液(ye)廢(fei)(fei)水和(he)(he)工件清洗工段(duan)產生的(de)低濃度切(qie)削(xue)(xue)液(ye)廢(fei)(fei)水。切(qie)削(xue)(xue)液(ye)廢(fei)(fei)水排(pai)放(fang)對環境的(de)污染非常(chang)嚴重(zhong),在我國制定的(de)國家(jia)危(wei)險廢(fei)(fei)物中(zhong)明確(que)的(de)規(gui)定了(le)切(qie)削(xue)(xue)液(ye)為乳化液(ye)屬于危(wei)險廢(fei)(fei)物,所以切(qie)削(xue)(xue)液(ye)廢(fei)(fei)水必須(xu)經過嚴格處理,達到國家(jia)排(pai)放(fang)標(biao)準。
目前國內常用(yong)(yong)的乳(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)液(ye)處(chu)理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)有:(1)物理(li)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學法(fa)與(yu)生化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)法(fa)結合(he),該法(fa)適(shi)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)乳(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)液(ye)濃度低,水量(liang)大的場所,該工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)運(yun)行成本低,出水效果好但存在投(tou)資較高,運(yun)行管(guan)理(li)相(xiang)對復(fu)雜(za),對操作人(ren)員要求高的缺點(dian)(dian);(2)物理(li)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學法(fa)與(yu)吸(xi)(xi)附法(fa)相(xiang)結合(he),該工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)適(shi)用(yong)(yong)性(xing)強(qiang),操作簡便,但活性(xing)濾(lv)料在吸(xi)(xi)附飽和之(zhi)后需(xu)更換(huan),導致(zhi)運(yun)行成本增(zeng)加,(3)物理(li)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學法(fa)與(yu)膜(mo)過濾(lv)相(xiang)結合(he),采用(yong)(yong)該工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)處(chu)理(li)過的廢水出水水質好,管(guan)理(li)方便,但存在濃縮液(ye)與(yu)反(fan)洗水難處(chu)理(li),膜(mo)孔易堵塞。(4)處(chu)理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)復(fu)雜(za),污(wu)水運(yun)行費用(yong)(yong)高。無機(ji)陶瓷膜(mo)以其化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學穩定性(xing)好、 機(ji)械強(qiang)度高等(deng)優點(dian)(dian)越(yue)來越(yue)多應用(yong)(yong)于(yu)廢乳(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)液(ye)的處(chu)理(li)。
