污泥干化系統
經(jing)我公司(si)研發,運用“污泥(ni)無熱(re)干化高壓破壁(bi)脫水裝備(bei)+空氣能節(jie)能型(xing)低(di)溫(wen)烘干裝(zhuang)備”,經壓濾(lv)破壁脫水(shui)(shui)低(di)溫(wen)烘干使(shi)污泥成(cheng)型(xing)顆粒(li)含水(shui)(shui)率(lv)小于20%;污泥(ni)含水率小于20%以下低(di)位熱值達到(dao)2200-3500Kcal/kg以上(shang)(由污泥(ni)有機質高低決定),因(yin)此含水(shui)率(lv)小于20%以(yi)內的污泥顆粒可(ke)(ke)以(yi)進入生物質(zhi)鍋爐燃燒,也可(ke)(ke)以(yi)摻(chan)混小于20%以(yi)內污泥顆粒(li)進入(ru)循環流化(hua)床鍋爐(lu)燃燒。

Sludge drying system
