化工廢水

化工廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)是指化工廠生(sheng)(sheng)產產品過程中(zhong)所產生(sheng)(sheng)的廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)成分復雜,副產品多(duo),反(fan)(fan)應原料常為溶劑(ji)類(lei)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)或(huo)環狀結構的化合物(wu)(wu),增加了(le)(le)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的處理難度(du);廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)的污(wu)染物(wu)(wu)含(han)量高,這是由于原料反(fan)(fan)應不完全(quan)和原料或(huo)生(sheng)(sheng)產中(zhong)使用的大量溶劑(ji)介質(zhi)進入了(le)(le)廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)體系引起的;有毒(du)有害物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)多(duo),精細(xi)化工廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)有許多(duo)有機(ji)污(wu)染物(wu)(wu)會影響微生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)的反(fan)(fan)應,甚至會殺死微生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu);生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)難降解物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)多(duo),BOD/COD比重低,可生化(hua)性差;廢水(shui)色度高等。
廢水從車(che)間排放后流經格(ge)柵池進(jin)行大塊固(gu)體的攔截,后進(jin)入隔油池,清液(ye)進(jin)入調節池,進(jin)行水質水量(liang)的調節,保(bao)證后續處(chu)理效果(guo)穩(wen)定(ding)。然后由泵提升至pH調節池(chi),通過(guo)加投(tou)堿液進行pH調(diao)節,再(zai)進(jin)入(ru)混凝(ning)池(chi),進(jin)行攪拌混凝(ning),后進(jin)入(ru)絮凝(ning)池(chi),經過氣浮進(jin)入(ru)水解酸化池(chi),自流至接觸氧化池(chi),最(zui)后經二(er)沉池(chi)進(jin)行固(gu)液分(fen)離,上(shang)清液進(jin)入(ru)清水池(chi),后排(pai)放(fang)。
